If you're here on the Monterey Peninsula, you've got a front-row seat to something powerful.
Our local events are where we step into the wild together—building brotherhood, pushing comfort zones, and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we've buried under the grind.
Nothing replaces real brotherhood, shoulder to shoulder, stepping out of the social matrix back into the wild.
Both of these experiences—Fire & Ice and Saturday Hikes—are designed to give you a real taste of what we do on our 3-day nature excursions. You'll feel what it's like to be witnessed, to challenge yourself, and to walk away lighter and elevated.
This is where transformation starts.
Brotherhood. Cold plunge. Fire ceremony & Tacos =)
Here's what most men don't realize: comfort is the enemy of growth.
You've been optimizing because the grind is no longer sustainable. Listening, educating reading, Trying to think your way into health on optimization . But transformation doesn't happen in your head—it happens in your body.
Fire & Ice is a free monthly evening gathering at Asilomar State Beach:
Shock your nervous system awake through cold exposure
Burn away what's been holding you back in the fire ceremony
Experience the power of being witnessed by other men doing the work
This isn't a wellness retreat. It's a chance to reclaim yourself.
Cold Plunge: Breathwork + ocean to reset your stress response
Fire Ceremony Write it down. Speak it out. Burn it away.
Integration Circle Process what just happened with men who get it. A chance to process what surfaced and leave with clarity and calm.
A shared meal: The community that fights together feasts together, food is a universal language. Tacos doubly ☺
